Griefing

Examples: rage rush, high friendly fire, purposefully triggering alarms when the team is not ready.

Warning: 1-day ban (this applies to everyone as their first-ever punishment)

Toxicity

Examples: Harassment, hate speech, racial slurs, excessive trash-talking, inappropriate language, or any behaviour that creates a negative atmosphere.

General Misconduct

Examples: pornographic sprays, bug exploits, inappropriate names.

Cheating

Examples: aimbot, wallhacks, sound file tampering, bypassing add-ons disabler.

Ban Rules and Appeal Guidelines

Zero Tolerance for Cheating

• Any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting will result in an immediate and permanent ban. Our commitment to a fair gaming environment is non-negotiable.

No Special Consideration for Third-Party Anticheat

• We do not recognize or consider the use of third-party client-side anticheat systems from other servers as a valid basis for unbanning or granting second chances. Our server operates under its own anticheat systems and rules designed to maintain a fair gaming environment.
• If a player has been banned for cheating, installing or running a third-party anticheat after the fact does not change the original offence or its consequences. Appeals that request unbanning on the basis that a player is now using another server's anticheat will be automatically denied.

Ban Appeals

• Players may appeal their ban by submitting a detailed explanation and evidence supporting their case. Appeals will be reviewed thoroughly, but the burden of proof lies with the appellant.
• Appeals that request unbanning in exchange for streaming, monetary exchanges, or any form of compensation will be automatically denied. We do not condone or participate in any arrangements that undermine the integrity of our server.

No Deals or Negotiations

• There will be no special deals or negotiations with banned players. Allowing banned players to return under special conditions compromises our principle of maintaining a level playing field for all players.

Permanent Bans

• Permanent bans are issued for severe violations and are rarely overturned. Cheating is considered one of the most serious offences and is treated with the utmost severity.
• Players banned for cheating will remain banned unless qualitative proof is provided demonstrating their innocence.

Account Sharing and Bans

• If an account is shared with or accessed by someone who has been banned for cheating, that account will not be unbanned. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of all accounts and prevent banned individuals from returning under different accounts.
• Bypassing a ban by using someone else's account undermines the fairness of the gaming environment and is treated as a serious violation.

Probation and Recurrence

• After a punishment expires, the violation will be noted for a probationary period five times as long as the initial punishment.
• If a similar offence occurs during probation, the subsequent penalty will be doubled.
• If no infractions occur during probation, the next punishment will revert to the first infraction level.
• Example: A 6-day ban results in a 30-day probation period. Offending during this time leads to a 12-day ban.

Severity and Revisions

• Ban durations may be revised based on the severity of the infraction.
• We reserve the right to modify bans as necessary to maintain a balanced gaming atmosphere.
